Planning Engineer / Senior Planning Engineer

Ignite are currently working with a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor in Dubai who is looking to expand their team with talented Planning Engineers and Senior Planning Engineers. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile residential projects within a well-established, industry-leading contractor.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project schedules for large-scale residential developments
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to timelines
- Prepare detailed planning reports and progress updates for management and stakeholders
- Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Ensure all planning activities align with project objectives and client requirements
- Monitor project progress and adjust timelines and resources as necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Proven experience as a Planning Engineer or Senior Planning Engineer, preferably within the residential sector
- Strong knowledge of project planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Knowledge of local construction regulations and practices in Dubai is a plus
